Spicy Salmon

Ingredients

    For the salmon fillets:
    • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each), skin-on or skinless
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 2 teaspoons Kadija Dine spices (adjust to your spice preference)
    • 1 teaspoon paprika
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
    • 1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
    • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    For serving:
    • Lemon wedges
    • Fresh chopped cilantro or parsley, for garnish

Methods

      1. Preheat the Oven:
      • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
      2. Prepare the Salmon:
      • Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
      • If there are any pin bones, use tweezers to remove them.
      • Place the fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
